Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or building systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments.
• Willingness to learn and grow across MHE and facility maintenance.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; comfort with diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on MHE incl. forklifts, reach trucks, pallets.
• Assist diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Maintain facility systems: lighting, HVAC, doors, racking, plumbing.
• Document work orders, inspections, and repairs accurately.
