Job summary

Pilgrim's De Queen Arkansas is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift (1:30 pm to 11:45 pm) to maintain and service equipment in the 1st processing area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on production machines and facility systems, read manuals and work orders, and ensure safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with prior maintenance experience; the company offers comprehensive benefits and a base hourly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred in a production environment.
• Technical problem-solving and mechanical aptitude expected.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and equipment.
• Provide emergency and scheduled repairs during production.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities.
