Job summary

Schwan's Company in Stilwell, OK is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Mon-Fri). Starting pay is $27.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will troubleshoot conveyor systems and food production machinery, perform complex mechanical repairs, and document activities in SAP to coordinate with production and operations teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2-year degree preferred in maintenance trade.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work varied hours including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on conveyor systems and food production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Perform mechanical repairs including shaft keying, sprocket broaching, gear head replacement, welding, hose fabrication.
• Assist with equipment setup, teardown and installation of plant machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using observation and precision tools to identify root causes.
• Use SAP to document maintenance and coordinate with production and operations teams.
