Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands‑on work are essential.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team is essential.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repairs on conveyors, screens, pumps, motors, and production equipment.
• Support senior technicians during troubleshooting and equipment repairs.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Maintain organization of tools, parts, and maintenance work areas.
• Identify and report equipment issues, breakdowns, and safety concerns.
• Assist with facility maintenance projects and equipment improvements.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Learn mechanical systems, maintenance processes, and equipment operation.
• Support continuous production by helping minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
