Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the operational integrity of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in a full-time role.

You will perform a variety of repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC and masonry, while assisting the preventive maintenance program and recording completed tasks. The position requires a 2nd shift including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and masonry.
• Inspects guestrooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas for issues and touch-ups.
• Repairs or replaces items such as bulbs, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Supports preventive maintenance programs with the team.
• Records repairs and notes areas needing attention or rooms out of order.
