Job summary

Kingston Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the functionality of guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. The role covers carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC and masonry, with focus on preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, can work a 2nd shift including weekends/holidays, and will contribute to a safe, clean guest environment while supporting team

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum maintenance experience.
• Able to perform repairs across trades.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and masonry.
• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces, back-of-the-house areas for maintenance needs.
• Repair or replace items such as bulbs, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets and hardware.
• Assist team in applying preventive maintenance program.
