American Bath Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift at the Evansville, IN facility. The role focuses on basic mechanical maintenance, preventive tasks, and general facility repairs to keep production lines safe and efficient.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment. High school diploma or GED required, 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of maintenance, machine repair, or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is required.
• Safety-conscious with proper PPE usage and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical maintenance on belts, bearings, and parts.
• Assist in preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Support senior maintenance staff with repairs, installations, and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to maintain production flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
• Report potential equipment issues or hazards to the Maintenance Manager.
• Complete accurate maintenance records, logs, and work orders.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety standards.
