Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a HS diploma or GED.
• Two+ years of mechanical/electrical education or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Must obtain 1st class B boilers license within 12 months.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production, processing, and utility equipment following safety procedures.
• Support installation of new equipment and assist operators with training or troubleshooting.
• Ensure repairs are documented and maintain safety compliance.
• Foster teamwork aligned with company mission, vision, and values.
• Adhere to DFA GMP, quality, safety, and sanitation requirements; maintain safe working conditions.
• Attend required trainings including Safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
• Read, write, and speak English; complete a written maintenance test.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Two+ years mechanical/electrical education certification or equivalent experience

First class B boilers license within 12 months
