Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on repair of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CNC machine repair and gantry mill repair is a plus.
• Education / training in electronics and electrical systems desirable.
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Mazak, Siemens CNC controllers, PLC controllers, and servo systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical metal cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventative maintenance of machinery and facilities.
• Document repair work and write reports, create documents.
• Train and lead others in the department when needed.
• Prioritize safety and maintain high quality standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and implement solutions.
• Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical components and machinery.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams as required.
