Job summary

Gardner Denver - Industrial Technology and Services, LLC, a division of Ingersoll Rand, seeks a Generalist Maintenance Technician for the Sedalia, MO site. The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, and CNC repairs, with a strong emphasis on safety and response to maintenance requests.

The technician will troubleshoot drives for Fanuc/Siemens/Allen Bradley controllers, interpret schematics, and coordinate with service providers as needed. Second shift work is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and CNC systems.
• Willingness to work second shift and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform major electrical, mechanical, and construction repairs using schematics or blueprints.
• Troubleshoot drive-related issues for CNC controllers and associated systems.
• Determine root causes and implement preventive actions with proper documentation.
• Communicate status and needs via work order system and with internal customers.
• Repair and maintain CNC machinery, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Collaborate with teammates and service reps for repairs and installations.
