Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Port Saint Lucie, FL. You will assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance across commercial buildings and systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, mechanical or painting/trades in at least one area.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training relevant to facility maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs on buildings systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on pumps, valves, and controls.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Repair finishes and perform basic carpentry tasks as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests promptly.
• Use basic computing tools for documentation and reporting.
