Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Jacksonville, FL. This Direct Hire role offers a path to technical advancement on high-tech, proprietary equipment with strong benefits and career growth.

You will diagnose, repair, and optimize complex systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, while performing high-speed changeovers and preventive maintenance. Requires 5 years of experience and a high school education.

Qualifications

Outstanding diagnostic skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with 480V electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair proprietary machinery.

Responsibilities

Perform daily machine change overs, as required by production.
Fabricate, modify, build and rebuild machinery and equipment parts and molds to ensure proper operation.
Operate small equipment (forklifts and man lifts).
Inventory assistance and parts management.
Work with Engineering on machinery and equipment issues.
Perform and document machine and equipment preventive maintenance.
Electrical, plumbing and facility maintenance as required.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
