Job summary

Duraco Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Lancaster, OH. You will install, maintain, and repair machinery and facility systems to support safe, efficient production in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with maintenance tools and gauges. Forklift certification is a plus, and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools, gauges, and measuring devices.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues by observing equipment operation and collaborating with team members.
• Disassemble and rebuild equipment, replacing or repairing components as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery parts.
• Support upkeep of the facility, including building structures and systems.
• Operate tools such as cutting torches or welding equipment when needed.
• Partner with production teams to reduce downtime and improve processes.
