Job summary

RealTruck is hiring a Maintenance Technician at its Massillon, OH plant for the 2nd shift with a $2.00 per hour differential. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs and tooling support to keep production lines running smoothly.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma/GED, 1-3 years of maintenance experience, and basic electrical and fluid power knowledge; proficiency with hand and power tools is required, with welding and computer skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Basic fluid power experience (pneumatic and hydraulic) is a plus.
• Proficient using hand and power tools.
• Basic welding experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairing assembly equipment.
• Completing preventative maintenance.
• Responding to work requests regarding repairs around the facility.
• Creates special tools to assist with production.
• Rebuilds machines, tools and heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment to determine repairs needed.
