You Have:
- Passion. For the Foundation's mission, nature, environmental stewardship, and people.
- The desire to help. You enjoy assisting guests and team members with maintenance-related concerns.
- The right availability. Must be available to work at least one Saturday or Sunday.
- Experience. You are an experienced Maintenance Technician with a solid foundation in maintenance/trades or related knowledge.
- Skills. Knowledge of best practices, policies, and procedures related to maintenance.
- A commitment to long-term results. Ability to identify small errors and work efficiently to fix them, ensuring lasting results.
- The right attitude. Positive, with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
- A passion for learning. Eagerness to stay updated on maintenance developments vital to our success.
You Will:
- Be consistent. Maintain healthy habits to identify issues early.
- Follow through. Complete all assigned tasks and projects diligently.
- Collaborate. Work closely with operational teams to meet property and guest needs.
- Act on behalf of the Foundation. Participate in meetings with team and vendors, suggesting maintenance solutions.
- Maintain the property. Responsibilities include boiler maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, pool, fireplace, and locksmithing.
