Job Description

Bendix has been setting the industry safety standard for commercial vehicle braking systems. As a member of the Knorr-Bremse Group, we are a growth-oriented, team-based company focused on safety and quality. Our facilities are well organized, air-conditioned, and well-lit.

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for the 2nd shift (Monday – Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:00 am). Candidates should have knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, welding & fabrication, CNC machinery, plumbing, equipment installation, and forklift repair. Familiarity with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting and programming is a plus. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 5-8 years of industrial maintenance experience or a related degree. A written test must be passed.

Bendix provides tools, uniforms, safety equipment, and PPE. We also offer tuition reimbursement, on-the-job training, and opportunities for career advancement within our Huntington campus.

Starting wages range from $25.70 to $34.30, depending on experience and test results, with a shift premium of $1.00/hour and potential annual bonus up to $2,000.
