Job Description

Bendix has been setting the industry safety standard for commercial vehicle braking systems. As a member of the Knorr-Bremse Group, our Huntington location is growth-oriented, team-based, safety and quality-focused. Our facilities are well-organized, air-conditioned, well-lit, and equipped for excellence.

We have immediate openings for Maintenance Technicians on:

  • 2nd shift, Monday – Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:00 am

Seeking Multicraft Maintenance Technicians with knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, welding & fabrication, CNC machinery, plumbing, equipment installation, and forklift repair. Familiarity with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting and programming is a plus. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 5-8 years of industrial maintenance experience or a related degree. A written test is required.

Bendix provides tools, uniforms, safety equipment, and personal protective equipment. We also offer a reimbursement program for safety shoes, tuition reimbursement for industrial maintenance classes, on-the-job training, and opportunities for career advancement within our multi-building Huntington campus.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting wages range from $25.70 to $34.30, depending on experience and test results, with a shift premium of $1.00/hour and potential annual bonus up to $2,000. Benefits from the first day include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), pension, education assistance, onsite fitness center, onsite health clinic, paid holidays, and vacation.
