Description

• Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Maintenance Team Leader.
• Purpose: Install, repair, and maintain plant equipment; assist with improvement activities; update documentation; develop preventive maintenance procedures; complete work orders; perform welding duties; support organizational needs.
• Authority: Repair and maintain equipment, request materials, suggest improvements, and support debugging processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Assist in safety compliance and vendor communication.
• Participate in problem-solving teams.
• Document activities using MVP system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities for Electrical Technician

• Focus on PLC programming, project-driven tasks, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training in electrical, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, PLC.
• Ability to read schematics and use measuring devices.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• PLC experience preferred; welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 30 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally.
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
• Visual acuity and manual dexterity required.

Work Environment & Hours

• Moderate noise, exposure to varying temperatures, and potential hazards.
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime and travel.
