Job Description

We are seeking full-time 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Techs for a manufacturing company located in Franklin, KY. If you possess the required skills and are interested in a new opportunity, please submit your resume.

BEGINNING SALARY: $30.08 per hour.

MUST HAVES:

  • Manufacturing Maintenance Tech experience. Experience in military, apartments, or other fields does not qualify. Must be within manufacturing.
  • 2-4 Years experience as a Maintenance Tech in manufacturing.
  • Availability to work 2nd or 3rd Shifts. No 1st Shift positions are available.
Typical Maintenance Duties
  • Performs routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
  • Proficient in the use of basic hand tools and shop equipment.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and mechanisms.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of control systems and automated equipment.
  • Diagnoses problems with limited supervision and training.
  • Identifies and requisitions replacement parts.
  • Handles spare parts interfacing duties.
  • Trains operators to perform basic maintenance on machinery.
  • Shares knowledge and collaborates with team members to repair equipment.
  • Supports 6S policies and practices actively and consistently.
  • Leads others in performing tasks in the absence of the department supervisor.
  • Adheres to all safety policies, reports unsafe activities.
  • Participates in team efforts to meet departmental and company goals.
  • Provides leadership through example and knowledge sharing.
