Job summary

Sargento Foods Kiel Plant is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm, Mon-Fri with weekend flexibility). The role focuses on preventative, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment to keep safety, quality and production standards met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of direct manufacturing experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working environment and GMP practices.
• Troubleshoot, repair and replace mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Follow maintenance processes and standards of excellence.
• Use predictive maintenance tools and document results.
