Job summary

ITC Manufacturing in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Maintenance Tech III for 2nd shift to install and troubleshoot production machines and improve OEE. You will mentor technicians, interpret blueprints, and enforce policies while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires experience with mechanical/electrical equipment, PLCs, and hands-on leadership. The position offers overtime, weekend work as needed, and opportunities to train staff on controlled processes.

Qualifications

• Five plus years in a related field with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience with interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to train and direct assigned personnel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.
• Willingness to overtime, weekends, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot production machines to drive OEE > 85%.
• Lead program, operational, and personnel policy enforcement.
• Keep a safe, clean working environment and provide training.
• Follow blueprints and schematics; interpret electrical and control wiring.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and work orders; perform PMs.
• Stay current with new trends and technologies; ensure safety compliance.
