The position requires independent troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, reading schematics, and performing PMs. Safety and quality compliance are essential, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing/packaging environment or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues/equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and building systems
• Repair power transmission components, electrical control panels and PLCs
• Maintain building safety and appearance, including lighting and groundskeeping
• Document repairs with logs and performance data in maintenance software
