Job summary

Marriott at University of Dayton in Dayton, OH is seeking a Maintenance Tech 2 for the 2nd shift to ensure hotel systems operate safely and efficiently. You will assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the facility to provide a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, building and grounds support, safety checks, and responding to guest requests with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facility repair required.
• Strong hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.

• Support other departments and follow safety procedures.
