You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate with operations, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes while adhering to safety policies and plant standards.

Competenze

• 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience reading drawings and schematics.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to motivate team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CMMS system.

Mansioni

• Oversee the Harvey maintenance team's workflow to meet production targets.
• Ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and correctly.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to achieve KPI targets.
• Lead Work Management and Materials Management processes; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
