Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years experience.
• Experience leading maintenance staff or projects.
• Food manufacturing/meat processing a plus; ammonia refrigeration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Train staff on work methods and safety procedures.
• Ensure maintenance scheduling with Production and document processes.
• Develop maintenance systems (PM/TPM/SOPs) and monitor KPIs.
