True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in New Kensington, PA.

You will lead maintenance teams responsible for installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of critical plant equipment and utilities to maximize production efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience, strong problem‑solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Lead and train less experienced staff or manage a process or project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced technical skills in ammonia refrigeration, high‑pressure boiler, compressed air, and mechanical/electrical fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures.
• Supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation for high performance.
• Ensure maintenance is scheduled timely with Production.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (PM/TPM, SOPs, Safety).
• Provide long‑term solutions and day‑to‑day troubleshooting for equipment issues.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and report to maintenance leadership.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.
