Job summary

You will ensure safety compliance and collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Production to drive process improvements. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an AA degree a plus, and at least three years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.
• Three years’ supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to plan and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; ensure compliance with codes and procedures.
• Lead maintenance technicians; schedule, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Production for continuous improvement and safety.
• Support ISO/IATF compliance and manage spare parts and tools.
