Inalfa Roof Systems Group seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Acworth, GA. You will lead a maintenance team, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Production to uphold safety and uptime.

The role requires strong leadership, electrical/mechanical/automation knowledge, and experience with PLCs. Candidates must ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and plant safety procedures.

Qualifications

• General supervision and leadership of maintenance staff.
• Experience in electrical, automation, and mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance team to achieve uptime and safety targets.
• Schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Production teams.
