Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in cement/mining/heavy manufacturing.
• 1–2+ years in a supervisory or lead role or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Competent in SAP, Word, Excel, and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Coordinator and Manager in developing the 3-year maintenance cycle and budget.
• Monitor spare parts availability and recommend stocking levels.
• Establish and maintain storage systems for pre-works and parts pending work.
• Keep up-to-date on technologies related to mechanical work.
• Lead mechanical improvements and modifications from corrective actions or as requested.
