Aisin Automotive Casting TN, Inc. is seeking a General Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Clinton, TN. You will oversee the general maintenance department, develop schedules, and drive target setting and budgeting to ensure smooth plant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or substantial related experience, plus strong supervisory and budgeting capabilities. Onsite work with a focus on safety and team development is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university, or seven to ten years related experience and high school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.

Responsabilidades

• Determines the annual and future targets for department.
• Determines annual and monthly activity plans based on targets.
• Makes and controls departmental budget.
• Develops and maintains training program for general maintenance team members.
• Controls the schedules for general maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Other duties may be assigned.
