Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance personnel on second shift, plan and prioritize maintenance activities, enforce policies, review work orders.
• Develop, maintain, and improve preventive maintenance program using CMMS; analyze downtime and reliability to implement improvements.
• Assist with facility and equipment planning for new installations and process improvements; prepare cost estimates.
• Ensure maintenance practices comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
