Job summary

Olds Products Company in Pleasant Prairie, WI seeks a skilled Maintenance Mechanic on 2nd shift to support production equipment and facility systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality. The role requires experience in manufacturing, ability to read schematics, weld and fabricate as needed, and collaboration with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training in maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on process, packaging, and building equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics.
• Weld, machine, and fabricate components as needed.
• Follow safety policies and GMP requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure continuous operations.
