Rich Products Corporation in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift (Wed–Sun, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM). You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment using electrical, PLC, SCADA, and mechanical skills to keep lines running smoothly.

You will train teammates, uphold GMP and safety standards, and support continuous improvement in a busy food processing facility. The role offers steady, full-time work with pay around $29.50 per hour and benefits.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years experience in food processing with production equipment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to train other Associates in Maintenance
• Ability to work as part of a self-directed team
• Proficiency on Rich’s SCADA system
• General mechanical, electrical and logic principle knowledge
• Basic plumbing, metalworking, and facilities maintenance
• Awareness of safety, GMP and food safety guidelines
• Understand machine operation and adjustment procedures
• Ability to contribute to Production Improvement and temporary teams

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses maintenance failures
• Uses drawings and manuals to tune equipment
• Works with devices like gauges and transmitters
• Trains Associates on required maintenance skills
• Maintains a safe, GMP-compliant work area
• Operates Rich’s SCADA system and completes paperwork
• Assists operations and trains staff as needed
• Supports production teams on equipment troubleshooting
