General Mechanic

Seneca Foods in Geneva, NY is currently seeking a Second Shift Mechanic to join our team. PLEASE NOTE: The work schedule will be "alphabet" consisting of 12-hour work shifts varying days throughout the week. Initial training will possibly consist of a "traditional" work schedule (Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts).Seneca Foods offers an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off and much more! Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance of production line equipment.
• Overhaul, repair, and maintain pumps, gear boxes, conveyors and electrical motors.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Capable of making quick decisions.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.

Wage range based on skills, abilites and experience from $25-$35.50/hour
