Job summary

Guerbet is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (2nd shift) to oversee the safety, quality and cost effectiveness of maintenance in our Raleigh-area facilities. You will lead maintenance and utility operators, drive preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA and ISO standards.

You will manage budgets, coordinate external services, and mentor staff to sustain reliable production and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years in maintenance within a regulated pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
• Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo) and instrumentation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and troubleshoot complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maintenance and utility staff on second shift.
• Improve line and utility performance via preventive maintenance and rapid problem solving.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and outages for plant operations.
• Coordinate external services as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with FDA, cGMP, and internal procedures.
