Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse/production/mail sorting experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read ZIP codes, labels, and follow dispatch schedules.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for clearing jams / minor troubleshooting.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Sort and prepare outgoing mail by ZIP code, route, and USPS specifications.
• Verify postage, barcodes, dates, and overall mail quality before processing.
• Match mail trays and bins to correct machine outputs and dispatch routes.
• Monitor and maintain mail sorting equipment; clear jams and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Ensure all mail is staged and ready for dispatch based on truck departure schedules.
• Load, organize, and prepare mail for outbound shipments.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with USPS regulations and company standards.
• Assist with inbound/outbound mail handling and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
