Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a 2nd Shift Machinist at our Nephi Foundry Facility to craft, machine, and fine-tune critical components for heavy industrial operations. You will read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and set up CNC mills and lathes to achieve precise dimensions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year machining experience or related education.
• 2+ years of technical schooling preferred.
• 5+ years on-the-job experience preferred.
• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and GD&T; interpret specs.
• Use micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Write and edit G-code and M-code programs as required.
• Maintain quality by measuring, troubleshooting, and tool replacement.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Experience with rubber mold building is a plus but not required.
