Victaulic is hiring for Grinder/Molder/Production at our Horizon Foundry Facility in Nephi, UT. You’ll perform a wide range of production and facility support duties as part of our team.

The role involves operating grinding equipment and related machines, inspecting castings, and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations. Overtime and 10-hour shifts may apply; competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Aid in manufacturing and shipment of quality products by operating grinding equipment and related machinery.
• Inspect castings visually and dimensionally, perform tests and record findings for production personnel.
• Maintain clean work areas, store tools properly, and report equipment issues to supervision.
• Follow safety procedures, wear prescribed PPE, and participate in workplace improvement initiatives.
