Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machines safely and efficiently.
• Run CNC machines and verify operation per blueprints.
• Lay out work stock from blueprints to determine sizes and tolerances.
• Set up tooling and load/unload as required.
• Assemble, install and align machine tooling per specifications.
• Position pieces against fixtures and start/monitor machines.
• Calibrate and verify dimensions; complete inspection docs.
• Perform overtime as needed.
