Howmet Fastening Systems in City of Industry, California is seeking a 2nd Shift Machining Tech III, Broach to operate broaching equipment and surface grinders at our on-site facility. You will set up, inspect, and troubleshoot machinery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires at least 3 years of machinist experience, the ability to read blueprints, and strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a machinist.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Export-controlled data access restrictions apply to this role.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Machining Tech III equipment.
• Operate 2nd shift broaching and surface grinding equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain quality and meet department metrics; follow SPC requirements as applicable.
