Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or related operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ownership, and accountability in decision-making.
• Experience with process improvement; Lean principles and workflow optimization preferred.
• Ability to train, coach, influence, and motivate personnel with high accountability.
• Shift is the 2nd shift: 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Execute established operational procedures to ensure consistent production performance.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion to meet delivery commitments.
• Manage personnel assignments, equipment readiness, and tooling availability.
• Assign and supervise work activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and tolerances.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to resolve technical/process issues.
• Analyze demand and develop resource plans (personnel, equipment, tooling, materials).
