Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience operating machinery, and knowledge of Microsoft programs. The work environment requires physical stamina, with duties involving lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with factory supervision.
• Able to pass truck and crane certification with training.

Responsibilities

• Follow job orders to specifications.
• Cut steel material using industrial saws.
• Measure and layout according to blueprints.
• Responsible for machine set-ups, operations, and maintenance.
• Inspect and document work to meet specifications.

Skills

Ability to use hand tools requiring dexterity

Computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel

Ability to read tape measure

Ability to read a blueprint

Effective communication with supervision

Education
