Gorbel®, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the third shift in the United States. The role involves following job orders, cutting steel, and performing machine set-ups and operations to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred in a similar role.
• Must be able to pass truck and crane certification with training upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Follow job orders to specifications.
• Cut steel material utilizing a variety of industrial saws.
• Measure and layout according to blueprint utilizing drill presses and automated drilling machines.
• Responsible for machine set-ups, operations and maintenance to meet production demands.
• Inspection and documentation of work to meet specifications.

Connaissances

Communication with factory supervision

Ability to read a blueprint

Ability to read tape measure

Experience using hand tools

Computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent
