Job summary

Agri-Fab, Inc. in Sullivan, IL is seeking a full-time plant employee for the second shift (2:30–11:00 PM). Base pay is $17.20 per hour plus a $1.25 per hour shift differential, with weekly pay and a monthly production bonus up to $230. Comprehensive benefits, 401(k), and on-site childcare are included.

• Measuring with precision tools and reading instructions.

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Load, unload, and position materials using hoists, cranes, or forklifts.
• Install and align tools and fixtures with hand tools and precision instruments.
• Measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Tag and identify materials before and after processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, meet production/quality standards.
