Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Machine Shop Team Lead for the 2nd shift in Alamo, Tennessee. The successful candidate will organize and oversee production, drive lean initiatives, and maintain standardized work processes to meet schedules with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires leading a team, reporting on performance, and developing team members while applying 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement tools across the machine shop.

Qualificações

• High school equivalent or higher education.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, waste elimination, problem-solving & 5S.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math; read blueprints and process specs.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes & leads safety meetings and risk assessments.
• Coaches team on safety procedures and PPE use.
• Allocates shifts and monitors performance to meet production schedules.
• Implements continuous improvement plans and 5S standards.
