Little Trees in Watertown, NY is hiring a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The role pays $21.25 per hour, with an increase to $22.25 within 6 months and a $3 per hour shift differential.

The operator will run machines, monitor quality, and work to meet production targets in a safe, team-oriented environment. A reliable commute and consistent attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 45lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand for 10+ hour shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation to Watertown, NY.
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance in accordance with production demand.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Required to accurately operate machinery.
• Required to keep up with production requirements, while meeting quality expectations.
• Required to follow standard operating procedures (instructions & rules).
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
