The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork, with overtime as needed. Candidates should have 5+ years on a four-color flexo, strong math skills, and the ability to train others.

Formación

• 5+ years of prior experience operating a WARD Flexo with 4 colors
• Ability to read and follow safety, quality, and job procedures
• Strong mathematical skills for percentages, volume, and measurements
• Mechanical understanding to identify equipment issues and improve performance
• Lift Truck Operator License may be required

Responsabilidades

• Operate and set up production machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain equipment and production area cleanliness
• Train and assist fellow team members
• Meet production schedules and resolve challenges proactively
• Submit maintenance requests and perform proactive housekeeping
• Report production data and machine status daily
