Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for a Machine Operator in Green Bay, WI. This is a potential to hire position on the 2nd shift, with hours 1:00pm - 9:00pm and pay range $20.00-$23.00 per hour.

The role involves setting up machines, performing quality control, making adjustments, keeping clean work areas, and completing production reports, with the chance to advance through the company network of offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation is preferred
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic math
• Able to frequently lift up to 40 lb and occasionally up to 100 lb

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and make necessary changes to ensure quality material is produced
• Perform quality control tests on all materials manufactured
• Perform roll changes, thread the machine, troubleshoot, make diameter, perforation cut, tension, and log saw adjustments
• Clean machine and work area
• Accurately complete daily production reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork
