Job summary

Qualifications

• One year manufacturing or related experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to meet training, safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to produce thermoformed parts to specification.
• Inspect machinery, equipment and tooling prior to set-up; identify issues which adversely affect product requirements.
• Identify nonconforming materials/products and work with shift leader for resolution.
• Ensure part quality meets established standards and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Complete all shift documentation/paperwork.
• Go over job status and updates with incoming shift.
• Participate in safety programs, follow all established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
