Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret specific Work Orders and technical instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of how extrusion/expansion machinery functions.
• Basic math skills for measuring product dimensions.
• Troubleshooting skills with the ability to modify process parameters.
• Flexibility to adapt to manufacturing variables.
• Physical ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate expansion machines per detailed Work Instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and resolve issues related to production.
• Adjust process parameters to maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical or process-related problems.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist with routine preventive maintenance tasks.
